Material requirements. Defined by product form.
Heat-resisting steel and nickel-alloy flat products for elevated-temperature service.
Data edition: EN 10095:1999, Tables 1, 2 and 6. This page lists six selected material references. SS309 and SS310 are shown as EN 1.4833 and 1.4845, associated with 309S and 310S. Incoloy 800H and 800HT are shown against EN 1.4876; the EN chemistry below is the parent-grade envelope, while the commercial variants have additional carbon, aluminium/titanium and grain-size controls. HB values are guidance maxima. The Inconel 601 row is for thicknesses of at least 3 mm.

Composition is cast analysis in mass %. Values marked ≤ are maxima; paired values are ranges. Ti and Nb expressions use the carbon content by mass. The symbol — means that this table has no limit for that entry.

Room-temperature properties from EN 10095:1999 Table 6. A is minimum elongation after fracture for the indicated thickness. Rp0.2 and Rp1.0 are minimum proof strengths; Rm is tensile strength in MPa. +AT = solution annealed; +A = annealed. Maximum Brinell hardness values are guidance values. Flat-product limits are shown separately from bars and rods.
