MATERIAL OVERVIEW

Inconel 625 2.4856

Inconel 625 is presented here as NiCr22Mo9Nb (2.4856) under DIN EN 10095. Heat-resisting steel and nickel-alloy flat products for elevated-temperature service.

German adoption of EN 10095:1999 with the corrected NiCr15Fe tensile range 550–850 MPa. Data edition: EN 10095:1999, Tables 1, 2 and 6. Flat-product properties only. The existing SS309 and SS310 names lead to EN 1.4833 and EN 1.4845 respectively, commonly associated with 309S and 310S. EN composition limits control these pages. HB is the guidance maximum Brinell hardness. The Inconel 601 row shown is for thicknesses of at least 3 mm, where a numerical elongation requirement is listed.
